# Asset History

Review your Elvo Exchange deposit and withdrawal activity, transaction status, amounts, and available transaction details.

## Asset History

Review your Elvo Exchange deposit and withdrawal activity, transaction status, amounts, and available transaction details.

### View Your Funding History

Open:

[**Asset History →**](https://elvo.exchange/assets/history)

The Asset History page combines your account's deposit and withdrawal activity in one place.

You can use it to monitor pending transactions, confirm completed funding activity, and open individual transaction records when available.

***

### Information Shown in Asset History

Each history entry may display:

* Transaction type
* Asset
* Amount
* Current status
* Transaction reference
* Last updated time

Deposit and withdrawal activity is shown chronologically as part of your Elvo funding history.

***

### Transaction Types

#### Incoming Deposit

A deposit that has been detected but has not yet completed the required confirmation process may appear as **Incoming Deposit**.

#### Deposit

A completed or finalized deposit appears as **Deposit**.

#### Withdrawal

A withdrawal request from your Elvo account appears as **Withdrawal**.

***

### Deposit Statuses

Deposits may display statuses such as:

#### Detected

Elvo has identified the incoming blockchain transaction.

#### Confirming

The deposit is waiting for the required network confirmations.

When available, Elvo also displays confirmation progress, for example:

**5 / 12 confirmations**

#### Success

The deposit has completed successfully and has been credited to your Elvo account.

#### Failed

The deposit could not complete successfully.

***

### Withdrawal Statuses

Withdrawals may display statuses such as:

#### Pending

The withdrawal is still being processed.

#### Success

The withdrawal has completed successfully.

#### Failed

The withdrawal could not be completed.

#### Canceled

The withdrawal was canceled before completion.

***

### Open Transaction Details

For supported pending or successful transactions, select the transaction reference from Asset History to open the detailed record.

Deposit details are available through individual deposit records, while withdrawal details are available through individual withdrawal records.

The detail page may include:

* Transaction ID
* Asset
* Amount
* Status
* Network
* Address information
* Transaction hash
* Timestamps

Additional information depends on whether the record is a deposit or withdrawal.

***

### Deposit Transaction Details

A deposit record may include:

* Deposit ID
* Asset
* Amount
* Network
* Sending address
* Transaction hash
* Block number
* Current confirmations
* Required confirmations
* Detection time
* Credit or last update time

When a transaction hash is available, Elvo may provide a direct link to the Robinhood Chain explorer.

***

### Withdrawal Transaction Details

A withdrawal record may include:

* Withdrawal ID
* Asset
* Requested amount
* Withdrawal fee
* Amount sent
* Destination address
* Network
* Transaction hash
* Submission time
* Completion or last update time

This lets you verify both the amount requested and the final amount sent after applicable withdrawal fees.

***

### Failed and Canceled Transactions

Failed or canceled funding requests may not have a complete transaction detail record.

Their status remains visible in Asset History so you can identify the affected activity.

If additional investigation is required, keep the transaction information shown in your history available when contacting support.

***

### Transaction Hash

When a blockchain transaction hash is available, Elvo may show a shortened version in Asset History.

Opening the transaction detail provides the complete transaction information and, when available, access to the Robinhood Chain explorer.

A transaction hash can be useful when independently checking blockchain activity.

***

### History Updates

Asset History refreshes as funding activity changes.

A pending deposit, for example, may progress from:

**Detected → Confirming → Success**

A withdrawal may remain **Pending** until processing has completed.

You do not need to manually submit a transaction hash to update a normal supported funding record.

***

### Browse Older Transactions

Asset History is divided into pages when your account has multiple funding records.

Use:

* **Previous**
* Page numbers
* **Next**

to navigate through older deposit and withdrawal activity.

***

### No History Yet

If your account has not completed any funding activity, Elvo displays:

**No history yet**

Your deposits and withdrawals will automatically appear here as activity is recorded.

To begin funding your account:

[**Deposit Assets →**](https://elvo.exchange/funds/deposit)

***

### Check Your Current Balances

Asset History records funding activity, while your current account balances are shown separately on:

[**Assets Overview →**](https://elvo.exchange/assets)

Use Assets Overview to check your current Total and Available balances after a deposit, withdrawal, or other account activity.

***

### Need Help With a Transaction?

When contacting Elvo support about a funding transaction, prepare:

* Deposit or Withdrawal ID
* Asset
* Amount
* Current status
* Transaction hash, if available
* Approximate transaction time

Never provide your password, Email OTP, authenticator code, private key, or seed phrase to anyone claiming to assist with a transaction.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://elvo-exchange.gitbook.io/elvo-exchange-docs/asset-history.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
