# Assets Overview

View your Elvo Exchange balances, portfolio value, funding activity, and available actions from one place.

### Your Assets Dashboard

The Assets page provides an overview of the assets held in your Elvo Exchange account.

[**Open Assets →**](https://elvo.exchange/assets)

From this page, you can review your balances, estimated portfolio value, recent performance, and access Deposit or Withdraw directly.

***

### Total Value

**Total Value** shows the estimated combined USD value of the assets held in your Elvo account.

Asset valuations may use current market reference prices where available.

If pricing information for one or more assets is temporarily unavailable, Elvo may indicate that the portfolio valuation is incomplete.

> USD values are provided for portfolio visibility and may change as market prices update.

***

### 24H PnL

**24H PnL** shows the estimated change in your portfolio value over the previous 24 hours.

When sufficient historical pricing data is available, Elvo displays:

* Estimated profit or loss in USD
* Percentage change over the same period

If the required historical pricing information is unavailable, the 24H PnL may temporarily display as unavailable.

***

### In Transit

**In Transit** indicates assets that currently have pending funding activity.

This may include assets involved in a deposit or withdrawal that has not yet reached its final status.

You can review the underlying activity from:

[**Asset History →**](https://elvo.exchange/assets/history)

***

### Account Balances

The balance table displays the assets associated with your Elvo account.

For each asset, you may see:

#### Total

The total amount associated with that asset in your account.

This can include funds that are available as well as funds currently committed to another account activity.

#### Available

The amount currently available for supported actions such as:

* Placing new orders
* Withdrawing assets

Your Available balance may be lower than your Total balance when part of the asset is currently reserved or pending.

#### Value

The estimated USD value of your asset balance using available market reference pricing.

***

### Why Total and Available May Be Different

Your **Total** and **Available** balances are not always the same.

For example, part of your balance may currently be:

* Reserved for an open trading order
* Pending as part of a withdrawal
* Involved in another funding activity

Once the relevant activity is completed or released, the corresponding balance will update automatically.

***

### Deposit Assets

Select **Deposit** next to an asset or open:

[**Deposit →**](https://elvo.exchange/funds/deposit)

Elvo provides a dedicated deposit address for your account on the currently supported funding network.

Always verify the network and address before sending assets.

***

### Withdraw Assets

Select **Withdraw** next to an asset or open:

[**Withdraw →**](https://elvo.exchange/funds/withdraw)

From the withdrawal page, you can select an asset, destination, and amount before completing the required security verification.

Withdrawal availability, limits, and fees may vary by asset.

***

### Open a Spot Market

If an asset has an active Elvo Spot market, selecting the asset from the Assets page can take you directly to its trading interface.

This allows you to move quickly between your portfolio and supported Spot markets.

[**Explore Markets →**](https://elvo.exchange/markets)

***

### Asset History

Elvo keeps deposit and withdrawal activity available from:

[**Asset History →**](https://elvo.exchange/assets/history)

The History page can show information such as:

* Transaction type
* Asset
* Amount
* Status
* Network activity
* Transaction details

For supported completed transactions, you can open the individual transaction record for more information.

***

### Real-Time Balance Updates

Elvo updates account asset information as relevant account and market data changes.

After a supported deposit is confirmed, withdrawal status changes, or account balance activity is completed, the Assets page will reflect the updated account state.

> If a balance appears temporarily out of date, allow the account status to refresh before repeating a deposit, withdrawal, or trading action.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://elvo-exchange.gitbook.io/elvo-exchange-docs/assets-overview.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
