# Deposit

Fund your Elvo Exchange account using your dedicated deposit address on the currently supported funding network.

## Deposit

Fund your Elvo Exchange account using your dedicated deposit address on the currently supported funding network.

### Deposit Assets to Elvo

To deposit supported assets into your Elvo Exchange account, open:

[**Deposit →**](https://elvo.exchange/funds/deposit)

Elvo assigns a dedicated deposit address to your account. Supported deposits sent to this address are detected automatically after they appear on the supported network.

You do not need to manually submit a transaction hash to Elvo.

***

### How to Deposit

1. Sign in to your Elvo Exchange account.
2. Open [**Deposit →**](https://elvo.exchange/funds/deposit)
3. Confirm the funding network displayed by Elvo.
4. Copy your dedicated deposit address.
5. Open the wallet or platform you are sending from.
6. Select a supported asset.
7. Select the same network shown on Elvo.
8. Paste your Elvo deposit address.
9. Carefully verify the destination address.
10. Submit the transaction.
11. Wait for the required network confirmations.

Once the deposit has been confirmed and credited, your Elvo balance will update automatically.

***

### Your Dedicated Deposit Address

Each Elvo account is assigned a dedicated deposit address for the supported funding network.

The address displayed on your Deposit page is associated with your Elvo account.

Always copy the address directly from:

[**Elvo Deposit →**](https://elvo.exchange/funds/deposit)

> Never use a deposit address provided through Telegram messages, direct messages, screenshots, or unofficial websites.

***

### Supported Funding Network

Elvo currently displays **Robinhood Chain Testnet** as the active funding network for deposits.

Before sending assets, make sure the sending wallet or platform is using the exact network shown on your Elvo Deposit page.

Sending through another network may prevent Elvo from detecting or crediting the deposit.

***

### Send Supported Assets Only

Only send assets currently supported by Elvo Exchange.

Do not assume that a token is supported simply because it exists on the same network.

Before sending:

* Confirm that the asset is supported by Elvo
* Confirm that the network matches the Elvo Deposit page
* Confirm that the destination address is correct

> Assets sent through an unsupported network or unsupported token contract may not be recoverable.

***

### Deposit Detection

Supported deposits are detected automatically.

After your transaction is submitted, Elvo monitors the supported network and updates your account as the transaction progresses.

You do not need to:

* Submit a transaction hash manually
* Request a deposit address from support
* Ask a team member to credit your account

The deposit process is handled through the Elvo platform.

***

### Deposit Confirmation

A blockchain transaction may appear on the network before it is credited to your Elvo balance.

Elvo waits for the required network confirmations before completing the deposit.

During this process, your deposit may appear as:

#### Detected

Elvo has detected the incoming transaction.

#### Confirming

The transaction has been detected and is waiting for the required network confirmations.

#### Credited

The required confirmation process has completed and the asset has been credited to your Elvo account.

You can follow the status from:

[**Asset History →**](https://elvo.exchange/assets/history)

***

### View Deposit Details

Supported deposit records can be opened from your Asset History.

A deposit detail page may show:

* Deposit ID
* Asset
* Amount
* Status
* Network
* Sending address
* Transaction hash
* Block number
* Confirmation progress
* Detection time
* Credit time

When a blockchain transaction hash is available, Elvo may also provide a link to view the transaction on the Robinhood Chain explorer.

***

### When Will My Balance Update?

Your Elvo balance updates after the deposit has completed the required confirmation process.

The time required can vary depending on network conditions and confirmation progress.

Do not send the same deposit again simply because a transaction is still confirming.

Check:

[**Asset History →**](https://elvo.exchange/assets/history)

before taking additional action.

***

### Deposit Address Temporarily Unavailable

If your Deposit page shows that your address is temporarily unavailable, do not send funds using an address from another source.

Wait for your assigned Elvo deposit address to become available on the official Deposit page.

Refresh:

[**Deposit →**](https://elvo.exchange/funds/deposit)

and verify the address before sending any assets.

***

### Before Every Deposit

Always confirm all three items:

**Asset**\
Make sure the token is supported by Elvo.

**Network**\
Make sure the sending network matches the network displayed by Elvo.

**Address**\
Make sure the destination exactly matches your dedicated Elvo deposit address.

> Blockchain transactions cannot generally be reversed after they are submitted. Always verify the network and destination before confirming the transfer.

***

### Need Help With a Deposit?

If a confirmed deposit does not appear in your Elvo account, prepare the following information before contacting support:

* Asset name
* Amount
* Transaction hash
* Sending address
* Approximate transaction time

Use only the official Elvo contacts listed in **Official Links & Team**.

Never provide anyone with your private key, seed phrase, authenticator code, or account password.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://elvo-exchange.gitbook.io/elvo-exchange-docs/deposit.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
