# Withdraw

Send supported assets from your Elvo Exchange account to a saved recipient address after completing the required security verification.

## Withdraw

Send supported assets from your Elvo Exchange account to a saved recipient address after completing the required security verification.

### Withdraw Assets from Elvo

To withdraw assets from your account, open:

[**Withdraw →**](https://elvo.exchange/funds/withdraw)

The withdrawal page allows you to choose:

* Funding network
* Recipient address
* Asset
* Withdrawal amount

Before a withdrawal can be submitted, your account must have a valid Withdrawal Security configuration.

***

### Supported Withdrawal Network

Elvo currently processes withdrawals through:

**Robinhood Chain Testnet**

Always verify that the destination wallet supports the same network before submitting a withdrawal.

> Sending an asset to an incompatible network or incorrect address may result in permanent loss of funds.

***

### Select a Recipient

Withdrawals are sent to a saved recipient address.

You can:

* Paste a new recipient address
* Select an existing recipient from your Address Book

When you add a new recipient, Elvo saves the address to your account.

For security, a newly added recipient may be subject to a **security cooldown** before it becomes available for withdrawals.

The recipient status will indicate when the address is ready.

***

### Address Book

Your saved withdrawal addresses are available directly from the Withdraw page.

The Address Book allows you to:

* View saved recipients
* Search saved addresses
* Select an eligible withdrawal destination
* Check whether a recipient is ready or still cooling down

Always verify the entire destination address before continuing.

***

### Select an Asset

Choose the asset you want to withdraw.

Elvo displays your current **Available Balance** for the selected asset.

Only your available balance can be used for a new withdrawal.

Funds currently reserved for trading or other account activity may not be available for withdrawal.

***

### Enter the Withdrawal Amount

Enter the amount you want to send.

Elvo validates the amount against the active withdrawal policy for that asset.

Depending on the asset, the page may display:

* Available Balance
* Minimum Withdrawal
* Withdrawal Fee
* Maximum per Request
* 24h Withdrawal Limit
* 24h Remaining

The **MAX** option uses the maximum amount currently permitted by your available balance and applicable withdrawal limits.

***

### Withdrawal Fees

A withdrawal fee may apply depending on the selected asset.

The fee is deducted from the amount you request.

For example:

**Withdrawal Amount − Withdrawal Fee = Amount Received**

Before confirming, check the **You will receive** amount shown in the withdrawal summary.

***

### Withdrawal Limits

Each supported asset may have its own withdrawal policy.

A withdrawal may be unavailable if:

* The amount is below the minimum
* The amount exceeds your available balance
* The amount exceeds the maximum per request
* The amount exceeds your remaining 24-hour limit
* Withdrawals are temporarily disabled for the asset

Elvo displays the applicable limits before you submit the withdrawal.

***

### Withdrawal Security

Elvo requires at least **two independent withdrawal security methods** to be configured before withdrawals can be submitted.

Manage them from:

[**Withdrawal Security →**](https://elvo.exchange/account/security/withdrawal-security)

Available methods may include:

#### Email OTP

A 6-digit verification code sent to your verified Elvo account email.

#### Authenticator

A rotating 6-digit code from Google Authenticator or another compatible TOTP application.

#### Web3

A signature from a wallet already linked to your Elvo account.

Every method enabled in your Withdrawal Security policy is required when authorizing a new withdrawal.

***

### Security Verification

After entering the recipient, asset, and amount, select **Withdraw**.

Elvo will prepare a security confirmation containing the exact withdrawal details.

Complete every required verification method before the final send becomes available.

Depending on your configuration, this may include:

**Email OTP → Authenticator → Web3 Signature**

or another combination of the security methods you have enabled.

> Never approve a withdrawal verification request unless the asset, amount, and destination are exactly what you intended.

***

### Wallet Verification

If Web3 is one of your required withdrawal methods, Elvo will request verification from a linked wallet.

You must connect the wallet assigned to the withdrawal security challenge.

Review the signature request carefully before approving it.

A wallet signature used for withdrawal verification authorizes the security challenge. The actual asset payout is processed by Elvo after all required verification steps are completed.

***

### Review Before Sending

The Withdrawal Summary displays important information before confirmation, including:

* Available balance
* Minimum withdrawal
* Withdrawal fee
* Maximum per request
* 24-hour limit
* Remaining 24-hour allowance
* Network
* Recipient
* Requested amount
* Amount the recipient will receive

Check these details carefully before completing security verification.

***

### After Submission

After all required security checks are successfully completed, Elvo submits the withdrawal for processing.

You can follow its progress from:

[**Asset History →**](https://elvo.exchange/assets/history)

Once transaction information becomes available, the withdrawal record may include:

* Withdrawal ID
* Asset
* Requested amount
* Fee
* Amount sent
* Destination address
* Transaction hash
* Network
* Current status

***

### Before Every Withdrawal

Always verify:

| Check              | What to Confirm                                         |
| ------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Asset** | You selected the correct asset |
| **Network** | Robinhood Chain Testnet is supported by the destination |
| **Recipient** | The destination address is correct |
| **Amount** | The withdrawal amount is correct |
| **Fee** | You reviewed the applicable withdrawal fee |
| **Receive Amount** | You confirmed how much will actually be sent |
| **Security** | You initiated every verification request yourself |

> Blockchain withdrawals should be treated as irreversible once successfully processed. Verify all withdrawal details before final confirmation.

***

### Withdrawal Safety

Never withdraw assets to an address provided by someone claiming to be Elvo support.

Elvo Exchange team members will never ask you for:

* Your account password
* Email OTP
* Authenticator code
* Private key
* Seed or recovery phrase

Always initiate withdrawals directly from:

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://elvo-exchange.gitbook.io/elvo-exchange-docs/withdraw.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
