# Withdrawal Status

Track the progress of withdrawals from your Elvo Exchange account and understand what each status means.

## Withdrawal Status

Track the progress of withdrawals from your Elvo Exchange account and understand what each status means.

### Where to Check Withdrawal Status

You can review your withdrawal activity from:

[**Asset History →**](https://elvo.exchange/assets/history)

Each withdrawal record shows its current status and, when available, can be opened for additional transaction details.

***

### Pending / Processing

**Pending** or **Processing** means Elvo has accepted the withdrawal request but the withdrawal has not yet reached its final state.

During this stage, Elvo may still be:

* Processing the withdrawal
* Preparing the blockchain transaction
* Broadcasting the transaction
* Waiting for blockchain confirmation

No additional action is normally required.

> Do not submit the same withdrawal again simply because the first request is still processing.

***

### Completed

**Completed** means the withdrawal has been successfully processed by Elvo.

Once transaction information is available, the withdrawal details may include:

* Withdrawal ID
* Asset
* Requested amount
* Withdrawal fee
* Amount sent
* Destination address
* Transaction hash
* Network
* Completion time

You can open the transaction record from:

[**Asset History →**](https://elvo.exchange/assets/history)

***

### Failed

**Failed** means the withdrawal could not be completed.

A withdrawal may fail because the request could not successfully progress through the withdrawal process.

When a withdrawal is marked Failed, check the available transaction information and your account balance before attempting another withdrawal.

If you need assistance, contact official Elvo support.

***

### Canceled

**Canceled** means the withdrawal request was canceled before completion.

A canceled withdrawal is not treated as a completed blockchain payout.

Check your Assets page to confirm the current balance after the cancellation has been processed.

[**View Assets →**](https://elvo.exchange/assets)

***

### Withdrawal Transaction Hash

When the withdrawal has reached the blockchain and transaction information is available, Elvo may display a **Transaction Hash**.

The transaction hash can be used to independently verify the blockchain transaction.

The withdrawal detail page may provide a direct link to the Robinhood Chain explorer.

> A transaction hash may not appear immediately after you submit a withdrawal.

***

### Withdrawal Details

Open an individual withdrawal record to review information such as:

#### Withdrawal ID

The unique Elvo reference for the withdrawal.

#### Status

The current state of the withdrawal.

#### Asset

The asset being withdrawn.

#### Amount

The original amount requested.

#### Fee

The withdrawal fee deducted from the requested amount.

#### Amount Sent

The amount sent after the withdrawal fee is deducted.

#### Destination Address

The blockchain address selected as the recipient.

#### Transaction Hash

The blockchain transaction identifier when available.

#### Network

The network used to process the withdrawal.

Elvo currently uses:

**Robinhood Chain Testnet**

***

### Why My Balance Changed Before Completion

When a withdrawal is submitted, funds involved in that withdrawal may no longer appear as part of your immediately available balance.

This prevents the same funds from being used simultaneously for another withdrawal or trading action.

You can review your current balances from:

[**Assets →**](https://elvo.exchange/assets)

***

### Withdrawal Is Still Processing

If your withdrawal remains Pending or Processing:

1. Check [**Asset History →**](https://elvo.exchange/assets/history)
2. Open the withdrawal record.
3. Check whether a transaction hash is available.
4. Allow the withdrawal process to complete.

Processing time may vary depending on network conditions and the stage of the withdrawal.

Avoid submitting duplicate requests while the original withdrawal is still active.

***

### Withdrawal Shows Completed but Funds Have Not Arrived

If Elvo shows the withdrawal as **Completed**:

1. Open the withdrawal details.
2. Copy the transaction hash.
3. Verify the destination address.
4. Open the transaction in the Robinhood Chain explorer.
5. Confirm that your receiving wallet is connected to the correct network.

The receiving wallet may not immediately display an asset if the token has not been added to that wallet's interface.

***

### Withdrawal Shows Failed

If a withdrawal is marked **Failed**:

* Do not assume that a blockchain transfer occurred
* Check whether a transaction hash exists
* Review your updated Elvo balance
* Verify your recipient and withdrawal settings before retrying

If the reason is unclear, contact official Elvo support and provide the Withdrawal ID.

***

### Information to Provide to Support

If you need help with a withdrawal, prepare:

* Withdrawal ID
* Asset
* Amount
* Destination address
* Transaction hash, if available
* Current withdrawal status
* Approximate submission time

Never provide support with:

* Your password
* Email OTP
* Authenticator code
* Private key
* Seed or recovery phrase

> Use only the official Elvo support contacts published in **Official Links & Team**.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://elvo-exchange.gitbook.io/elvo-exchange-docs/withdrawal-status.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
